Here they are - Timberland durability and lightweight versatility - the lining is made of recycled materials, the outsole is made with recycled rubber and they're waterproof.
Leather covered, removable, Smart Comfort® system multi-density footbed provides support and comfort, regardless of whether you are walking or standing. Seam-sealed waterproof construction keep feet dry in any weather.
Moisture wicking textile lining, 70% made from recycled material, keep feet dry and comfortable. Leather rand for extra protection around the sides.
Incredibly durable, rubber lug outsole made with 30% recycled rubber. Airport friendly nylon shank provides support, stability and shock dispersion and should not set off metal detectors.

I was excited to buy this boot because of the recycled products. However, the soles wore out after less than a year. I wore the boot frequently (4-5 days/week). The soles wore through. The leather is fine, but the soles are ruined and are very uncomfortable. I would not buy these boots unless you simply want to wear them to the mall every-once-in-awhile.

I am a student and I spend hours running around everyday. Thank goodness these boots are lightweight and durable. They are stylish and breathable. Girls like them as well, that's a major plus!

This is a really good looking boot that has held up well in wintry weather (snow, ice, and freezing rain), and has the added bonus of being made with recycled materials. The waterproofing is solid and your feet will stay dry. There is also ample support in the 6" lace-up ankle for hiking or walking over rough terrain.Unfortunately this boot feels a full size larger than marked (there's about an inch between the end of the toe and the tip of the boot), and just a little wider than marked, which can make walking and hiking somewhat cumbersome. Overall it's a great boot for the money (if you can find one that fits correctly!).
