Bought these for my son to wear at Boy Scout Camp. He said they fit great and were very comfortable. Now my husband wants a pair, so I will be ordering for him soon.

I didn't really wear these hiking, BUT, I did walk about 15 miles a day for 16 days all over Italy through various cities. I attempted to break them in before going on my trip, but found that I didn't need to as there was nothing to break in! They are very lightweight and feel like a sneaker while offering ankle support and something a little nicer than sneakers to go with other clothes. They are excellent shoes and I will get a LOT of wear out of them. Highly recommend!

The shoes are comfortable and break in was pretty short. I had to walk three miles the second time I had worn them and they felt almost broken in. They are very rugged also. My only complaint is the weight of the shoes. Almost twice the wieght of my work shoes.
Wears this shoe: Had to walk to work. About 50% woods and 50% pavment.
