These are great socks, but not exactly what I thought I was ordering. I was trying to buy 3 more pairs of a certain kind, but these are somewhat different and definitely thicker. They are great socks, though, and I kept them. Thorlo has many styles of running socks, so in the future I will try to buy according to style number instead of trying to figure it out by the description alone.

I AM a distance runner with sensative skin, my feet are easily irritated by heat and salt/perspiration. Thorlos are the only brand I will wear. I've tried cheaper socks, and half a dozen name brands. Nothing comes close to the comfort of Thorlos.
