I was looking for a winter shoe that would do well in a few inches of snow, slush, or mud (I live in a developing country with rarely existing sidewalks and poorly constructed roads that are often muddy). Although I have not yet had the opportunity to really try it out in those conditions (seems I ordered it late in the season), I'm certain it would fare well and am otherwise very pleased with it. The traction is good on them in wet and dry conditions. It is comfortable without feeling loose and when I wear it at the office it doesn't come across as a heavy duty boot. My wife says I look hot in them, but she's biased.
Wears this shoe: When it will be muddy or wet out.

I was shoe shopping at a local outfitter, and found nothing I liked. The sales person was wearing the North Face Turner Pull-On, and I commented how great they looked. He said he had some in stock, but they sold out fast, and highly recommended them. In fact, he looked online and found them for me at ShoeBuy.com. I ordered them the same day and am extremely happy. This is a great, waterproof, everyday, casual shoe to wear with jeans. It is easy to slip on and they feel better than expected for slip-on boots.

Good shoe, but, though waterproof not cold resistant. After prolonged stay outdoors in cold weather, the cold is felt. Also, a little difficult putting shoes on, but once on they have good traction. Good for 45 degrees or higher weather in wet areas.

Very nice casual boot. Comfortable, well made, and true to size. Easy enough to put on. I'd buy the boot again and I'd buy it here again.

Overall an awesome pair of pull-ons, according to my husband. He claims the surface is easily dirtied and that the top of the boot rubs and hurts his shins a bit without the proper socks on, i.e. longer and slightly thicker socks. He loves how easily he can pull the boots on and off.
