This is a great shoe for around the house. Particulary quick dashes to the garage or mailbox. It fits a bit larger than sized but that is helpful for growing children. Might get two season out of them as they are quality made and very comfortable. My son is asking constantly if he can wear them to school!

The picture is deceiving about this slipper - it isn't a true mule style. The picture makes it look like a slip on, mule slipper, but it really has an elastic band that you slip your foot into. I was looking for a slip-on style for my 6 year old. To get this on, she has to sit on the floor and get her foot into it. So, it isn't as convenient as I was looking for. She did use the slippers on a camping trip and they were really good for that, however. (She even wore them outside the camper). They look really big on her feet - the length is right, but it is wide - kind of gives her the duck-footed look.

I bought these for my son for Christmas. He absolutely loved them. They are a nice alternative to furry crocs. You can wear them as slippers or outside like shoes.
