My son is generally an infant size 1, but these ran small. As cute as they were, they were a bit too tight and I have a hard time getting him to be comfortable while wearing them.

This bootie is as pictured. I bought these for my 5 month old, and size 3 fit with room to grow. Perfect for the winter months, as he can not kick them off!
