Not really a shoe and not really a sandal, this hybrid is equally at home both in the water and on the trail. Designed with a scuppered topsole for rapid water drainage, a quick drying stretch mesh and synthetic nubuck upper, and a SBR lining package for all day comfort, this low profile hybrid includes a high traction, grippy outsole for secure footing on slick surfaces.

Was looking for a good all around summer shoe that was good for multiple uses. These are great, really comfortable and stable. I am really happy! The only draw back is that feet do get a little hot.

Bought this shoe for a summer rafting trip - wanted something that could withstand the water, dry quickly but still had enough support to hike. Did not give it 5 stars because I have a narrow heel and you cannot tighten the heel strap. It's OK but I could stand to snug it up a little. Others I tried the heel strap could be tightened but they did not fit as well overall or have as much support. Also liked the looks of these the best.

I bought these in place of getting another pair of sneakers because the store did not have a pair of sneakers that fit me properly. These fit me very well and had the support I needed for hiking and walking on uneven surfaces. I also like the styling and they are easy to clean up. I will buy another pair or a pair of the North Face brand.
Wears this shoe: When I will be doing a lot of walking and while traveling.
