As a Midwestern father of two, I wanted a winter boot that I could slip on quickly when the kids suddenly decide to run out and play in the snow. I've only had the boots for about a month and I like them quite a bit but I would recommend wearing thicker, higher-rising socks, as the boot tops are stiff. They have rubbed my lower shins until they're a bit sore when I've worn standard athletic socks. Thicker socks helped alleviate that problem, though!

I received the boots in 7 days, including weekends, not to shabby when you think I'm in Australia. Even with the US / Australian $ I bought the boots cheaper than buying locally? I've bought other the North Face shoes (two pair of shoes/sneakers & one pair of tie up boots) and the boots I just bought are at the same high standard as the others.

My husband loves these boots. He has cold feet the majority of the time. He loves these to keep his feet warm. He loves the fact that he can just slip them off and on so easily.

I highly recommend the north face arctic pull on boot just a little stiff the first half hr but comfortable and look great and keep your feet warm. water proof got 1 day shipping very impressed with campmor holiday weekend and all. 5 stars for the shipper and north face.
