Although these boots were very comfortable once you got them on, the problem is getting them on. I purchased mine at the Northface store. I loved them and hated taking them back but no choice. I don't even have bad hands, wrists OR arms. You have to pull, wiggle, pull, wiggle and pull some more before you can get them to go up and over the heel of your foot. I don't believe it is just these boots. They were short and had buckles. I couldn't get my feet in them without considerable work, and i'm not a big foot. I only wear a 6 and got these boots in a 6.5 leaving room for heavy socks.

These were super comfy boots. Just too hard to get on and off with joint problems with my hands. Ended up returning.

Really like this boot. Boot is warm, has great support and fits great. I purchased this boot based on the reviews and reviews were perfect.

I like this boot a lot. It fits well and is warm. The thing to remember when reading these is IT'S A BOOT! Not a walking or running or hiking shoe. Support is as expected for a boot.

I bought these because they are predicting a bad winter here. I love the way they look and even though I haven't worn them outside yet they are comfortable around the house. They are a little hard to get on but once you do they feel great. I wish they had a tab to help with pulling them on. I love the fact that they are waterproof also. They are very cute and look great with my jeans tucked into them.
