Already had a pair of ebony suede sandles size 7 but had to go up half a size as the black ones were too tight across the toes, other than that...perfect.

I wanted something cool and light for summer that was comfortable and flexible enough to wear all day working with children. This sandal was that and more. It fits well (though I had tried them on in a shop and knew to order a half size larger) and moves with me and is so flexible that it is like walking barefoot. I have had other shoes that were similar in comfort, but they look like "comfort shoes" that old ladies and nurses wear. These do not. They look good enough that I have worn them to casual restaurants in the evening.

I purchased this sandal last year from a local store. However, the arch has never fit in the right place on my foot. As such, this year I ordered the shoe a 1/2 size larger. Much to my dismay, when the shoe arrived it was the exact same size as my 9. I even held the two difference sizes together to make sure it was not my imagination. I'm not sure what the problem is, but those returning for a new pair might want to order a size up.
