I have a very difficult time finding a shoe that is comfortable, supportive and stylish. I probably return more shoes than I keep. The Teva Tirra Leather felt like heaven to my feet right out of the box. They are so light weight and provide excellent support for my high arches. They also look appealing and are very, very comfortable. Unlike some of the other reviews, the straps are quite comfortable also. It hardly feels like I'm wearing a shoe. My experience with Teva is that I have to order up a half size. Normally, I wear a size 9 but need a 9 1/2 in the Teva so that my toes don't touch the end of the shoe, which looks ridiculously tacky (please don't let your heels or toes hang over your sandals). I'm really looking forward to wearing these on the beach and hiking trails when I visit Hawaii in the spring.
Wears this shoe: All the time! In the house, shopping, dog walks, hiking, beach, etc.

I did a lot of research looking for the perfect sandals for Israel. I originally had timberlands, but those were falling apart. After reading many reviews on Teva sandals, I decided to buy the Teva Tirra leather. They are very comfortable if you are going to do a lot of walking. It is good for hiking and rugged walking. My husband was so jealous of my sandals, that he went out the next day to buy them at the stores (because he didn't have to time order them online and deliver before we left for our trip). My feet are a little wide, but these sandals fit my feet like a sock. The only con that I have about it is that the strap going around the heel is low. Not used to that, but it did not bother me at all. Definitely worth the money!
Wears this shoe: traveling long distance. Walking, hiking and it is waterproof
