I really do like these slip ons. I did see a review that the straps are tight making the fit odd. I agree. However, I think that with wear, the sole will form allowing room below and the straps will wear and loosen. Although this may be good in the end, it can be aggravating if you expect a perfect fit "now". They are comfortable and not too casual which is what I wanted. Good sandals
