Nice boots, except for sizing February 19, 2013

These are very comfortable boots, and good looking too. I purchased the same size as a prior pair of Teva hiking boots, but this pair is smaller. I should have bought a half size bigger. These size 8 boots are EU size 40.5. Some of my other size 8 shoes are EU size 41 and 41.5. It would be helpful if Shoebuy posted both US and EU sizes.

Wear this shoe all day at work. Always in water and feet stay dry all day. Love this shoe, very comfortable too. Will buy another pair when needed.

I read a lot of reviews before I made this purchase. The fit was good for me compared to a number of brands of the same size. I can see why some might say that the sizing is smaller than they expected, but they fit me just fine. They could have been a little more generous with the tongue length, but I don't see it as a problem. All in all, a great versatile boot.
Wears this shoe: Travel. You can hike in them during the day and wear them to dinner at night.

Bought for a hiking trip to Tasmania and New Zealand next year. Shoe fits like a glove and is so comfortable to wear. Hopefully it will prove to be fairly waterproof.
