I bought these boots because I wanted something functional for the rainy season that was prettier than most functional rain boots. These boots are very comfortable and look nice with skirts. They haven't fared any super rough weather yet, but they seem very sturdy and they are quite warm and cozy inside. I ordered a size 8 (I wear a 7.5-8) and it feels like a 7.5 would have been too small for my foot, but the 8 is a bit too lose in the heel (so there is some slippage). Also, I wish that the ankle was smaller, there seems to be too much material there and it was stiff right out of the box, but has loosened up nicely (still makes my ankles look bigger than they are though!) Overall, I think this is a very functional yet attractive boot and I'm happy with my purchase :)

Though they fit a half size smaller, I ordered one size larger to accommodate thick socks. They're sleek and keep you warm!
