    I was very happy to find this style available. I had looked at numerous local stores for this style without success. When I saw a fellow kayaker wearing a pair, I asked about them and was told that "online" was the only place to find them. I am replacing a pair of old TEVAs (same upper style - older model bottoms) that I had worn each summer for at least 10 years. The old pair was my favorite sandal ever. I even applied duct tape to the bottoms of my old pair because I preferred them to my newer sandals of a different style. I think I like the new bottoms even better so I look forward to at least 10 years of good use with my new ones. I considered them to be a good value.

    I've walked many miles in Teva sandals, and after a day to adjust to my new pair of Hurricane they feel just as comfortable and sturdy as my old pair.

    I bought these for my husband, and they are great.They work perfect for him by the lake. They are a great fit and look nice.
     Wears this shoe: He really only uses them for when he is by the water.

    These Teva's totally met my expectations on a float trip on the Current River in Missouri. I spent 3 days wearing them straight out of the box. They could handle the rocky river bottom and banks with ease. They fit my feet well and I experienced no discomfort.

    I like these sandals because they are comfortable and I had a pair of Tevas like them for about 13 years (that I can still wear). The only issue with this pair is that in slippery conditions (i.e. wet concrete floors), the soles do not stick as I am used to. Otherwise, I am very satisfied with the sandals

    I like the way they fit and they looked and feel. I loved the color. There is nothing that I did not like about those sandals. Because the way that they were designed and the colors.

    Basic Teva but straps are not cushioned or padded so it is less comfortable than higher priced models.

    I needed waterproof sandals to wear while carrying a shell down to the dock to launch and one that would not slip off when carrying the boat back up the ramp to the storage racks.Flip flops are cheaper and they are waterproof, but I find the thong between my toes uncomfortable and prone to slip off. When walking up a wooden ramp with a racing shell on your shoulder, a stable shoe is much safer.My Hurricane 3's fill the bill very well. For lots of walking, the model with padded straps would be more comfortable, hence the 4 stars rating.
     Wears this shoe: Around the boathouse, while launching, carrying racing shell.

    Bought this for my husband;he likes the sandals but not too happy about the lack of half sizes.We ordered the next full size not sure if we should've stuck with the lower full size. But he can live with it.

    These are the low end for Teva and do not reflect the quality/craftsmanship of their high end sandals. That said, I think they will last a decent amount of time. My last pair of teva sandals lasted 5.5 years. I trust the brand but I am unsure of this line.

    My husband has 12 Narrow feet, and these fit very well. The only thing he would have liked is buckles instead of velcro!
