I am typically a size 11.5 in womens, but I had purchased a pair of the original Hurricanes at a sidewalk sale in a size 11 so I knew they would fit. I was a bit concerned since some of the reviews of this new design were not positive but I have been very very pleased. I still have my old Hurricanes complete with splattered paint but I now have these lovely ones. I did actually order the originals also, but in a side by side comparison, I found these to be more flexible and slightly lighter. They have a bit more delicate a look, with the thinner sole. I am having some trouble with foot pain, so these felt better, right from the start. And now after a full week of wear in Puerto Rico, I can tell you that they are my new favorite sandals.
