I love the Elixer 5. It is a great flip flop, rugged but comfortable. I recommend buying 1 whole size smaller.

I bought these for my son's size 14.5 skinny foot. The narrow reports made them sound perfect for his foot. I ordered a size 14 because of reports of it running a half size bigger. It was more like a full size, but it gives him room to grow, since he is only 14. He's never really worn flip flops before, and the wider band helps keep them on his feet. He loves them. My husband opened the box when it arrived and immediately had me order him a pair (only size 11.) My husband normally wears a medium to slightly wider shoe but had no problem with this one. We got them for the dive boat, so they will be wet a lot. They haven't been wet yet, but my son has worn them a lot already this summer.
