Care instructions: Gentle cold wash, no bleach. Insole should be taken out and hand washed separately. Air dry flat.

These are very neat shoes. Haven't worn them yet, a little too springy right now. I got them in lavender. The strap around the top of the shoe doesn't really do much. They do wear more like flip-flops, so they hit the bottom of your foot when you walk. But I think they will be comfortable none the less.

My only complaint would be that the elastic strap causes them to flip-flop like thongs when I walk. As as result, they feel more like slippers than shoes - albeit comfortable slippers.
