Care instructions: Keep the Terrasoles Glacier clean using gentle machine wash cold, no bleach. Insole should be taken out and hand washed separately. Air dry flat.

This is more like a slipper than a shoe but very practical because of the rubber sole it acts like both. It's great with or without socks (depending on size you buy). I got a 7 even though I wear 7.5 but it is slipper like without socks (a little loose) and comfortably fitted with a sock

I bought these based on reviews because I needed slippers with support and cushioning. They're very cozy and they do offer support, but they're not as solid as I'd hoped.I'm keeping them because they're too cozy to return!
