The shoes initially seemed shockingly light and flimsy; the insoles seemed attached with a dab of glue that quickly came loose. I was tempted to return them, but decided to stick it out, and they've held up.

This is by far the best damn shoe I have EVER bought. I am looking for another pair now after almost 5 years of constant every day wear. Still have the original shoe strings even though they are severly worn they still have life to them. I used these shoes for general everyday use, fishing, walking trails, playing sports, skinning deer, chores around the house.
