tiled floors and heel spurs dont mix! February 04, 2013

I ordered this shoe because I have a heel spur and plantar fascitis. I found this shoe large enough to accomodate my orthotic. It's wider than I expected and heavier, but it's great on my feet. I wear them around the house, and my foot doesn't hurt which is important.

I bought this because I needed a lighter neutral comfort shoe for the concrete floors we have at work. I like the color and the fit. I did size up a half size (usually wear an 8, ordered 8.5) and it fits perfectly. The thin add-on insoles allow for some customization as well which I need depending on the thickness of the socks I happen to choose for the day. I have completely flat feet and must wear custom orthotics, which are sized as an 8 and which also fit perfectly in the shoe with the factory-made insole removed. I overpronate terribly but this shoe gives my ankles great stability. I wish it came in navy blue!
