I recently started a job that requires close-toed shoes. I literally limped to my car after my first day due to the shoes I wore. I wanted shoes I could wear without socks, that felt like sandals, yet had good support and closed toes and would not rub my heel in the back. These are the shoes!!! They do everything I wanted and they are fashionable and cute too. I love them so much, I purchased another pair in a different color. A great shoe. I have been wearing Rockport walking shoes for 20 years. In recent attempts to order more, however, I have found that the newer ones usually don't come in narrow widths. This pair, which did come in narrow, were so uncomfortable that they actually hurt my feet after less than an hour of wear.
