I ordered these shoes for my 6 year old because I have been wearing Supergas for a long time and love them. My son has the ones with laces, but for my girl I thought it would be easier to use the ones with Velcro. Because she has a narrow feet the Velcro doesn't work for her. It is too loose. I am returning them and getting the pair with shoe laces. Other than that we all love them. They are durable and take all the abuse the kids put them through. These shoes run bigger. My girl wears 12 1/2, and the size 30 is too big for her. She keeps slipping out of them. I am going with 29. I would recommend them to everyone.

I found that we had to go half a size further down than expected to make sure my 5-year-old daughter's heel wasn't slipping out of them, I assume because of either the unisex or European sizing, but maybe because she also falls into that weird size 12,13,1 range that doesn't seem to have much consistency of sizing among shoe brands. They are a great casual, lightweight sneaker, and they do have a bit of arch support. I like the removable innersoles and that they are washable. Perfect for spring and summer.

We found that we needed a half size smaller than expected for my 5 year old daughter so that her heel wouldn't slip out of them. She's in that weird, inconsistent size 12-13-1 range, but it may have to do with the unisex or European sizing as well. Otherwise, this is a great casual sneaker shoe for spring or summer. It has a bit of arch support. I like the removable innersole and that it's washable.

It's a great everyday sneaker. The velcro straps help my daughter, who is 3, put her shoes on easily. They look good with a pair of jeans, sweats, or any kind of look.
