I absolutely loved this bag. It fits my 15.4" laptop perfectly. The sides have enough padding to absorb the shock. I am not sure if this bag is waterproof, but from the material it can be said that it is water resistant. There is ample space for the power cord, cds and other similar accessories without making the bag bulky. I like its handle and the shoulder padding makes it comfortable to carry without weighing me down.

My 15.4" widescreen HP dv5000us fits with room to spare; the smaller pocket is suitable for documents, etc, but there is also a slot on the back, against the body; very few cases out there have shoulder and hand straps while being pretty compact; doesn't carry much else after accessories and documents.

I really like this bag and it's very durable. It has other compartments that are good for storing discs, floppies, cables, etc. The padded carry strap gives extra comfort. It's very spacious, and is ideal for carrying your laptop and all the other equipment necessary for your laptop.
