Beautiful shoes, but Left blisters

I bought these shoes for my 3 year old daughter. She was the flower girl in my sister's wedding. The shoes were adorable, but after only about 1 hour my daughter was crying and complaining about them. When we took them off, we saw they had left blisters along the top of her foot. She ended up having to go barefoot for the entire reception. Note- my daughter has a very average size foot. This was the first time EVER that she has experienced anything like this.
