These are great shoes! The Velcro allows for kids to put them on independently. The suede look classes up the sneaker-style shoe a bit. It's comfortable & casual for the kids, yet dressy enough for school and even church. The shoe does appear SLIGHTLY more wide in the toe area, but I don't think this affects the sizing at all. My son appreciates the roominess if anything. Would definitely buy this again.

I liked the sneaker and its great for those cold mornings. It fits my son feet great. He has a wide foot and the sneaker is comfortable. The only thing is that the straps are a bit short once on. That could be because he has a wider foot and I've purchased other styles like this one from stride rite and the straps were longer. It could be this model. Yet, the shoe is excellent.

we love the TT tread but the shoe felt narrow...my son could not close the velcro straps as tightly as I would have liked...we kept the shoe anyway
