I have been looking like crazy for brown shoes for my daughter this winter but it seems they were made only for toddlers. At last I found some from stride rite, and like always they are a perfect fit. I always keep coming back to this brand over and over again and these shoes are so comfortable for my daughter.

This is our 3rd year buying this shoe (in a larger size each year, of course). My very active 4 year old wears these shoes *everywhere* and loves them. They always look good and hold up until she outgrows them. It might seem like a lot of money up front for kids shoes, but the quality is worth every penny. Good fit and they never fall apart or cause blisters like those discount house shoes. Good looking too!

I like the traditional look, it goes with so much and doesn't have all the extra junk on it that alot of todays kids shoes have. It also hold up very well. My daughter wears it to preschool and on the playground and never complains about how it feels!
