Comfortable from the start, lightweight, great looking. They looked small to me at first but are really very roomy - the materials are not bulky and seem very strong. Great for running. I'm sure the mesh will be cooler than the other all-leather Stride-Rites that we ordered.

A little nervous buying shoes on-line for my 4 y.o. but we always buy Stride Rite because they come in wide width so I figured it would be safe enough. We weren't disappointed. He loves them. They fit well, look good, and the velcro is handy. It's hard to find a good looking velcro shoe.

It's easy for my 4.5-year-old to put on himself and he says it makes him "run real fast." His foot is stable in there, and I liked paying Shoebuy's price!

I have always ordered Stride Rite shoes for my son. They are durable and offer good support. His feet are on the wide side and Stride Rite seem to fit the bill.

This shoe looks nicer in person than in the picture. It goes well with everything my son wears to school and he wears them everyday. They are comfortable and he has no complaints which is big since he is very picky about clothes and shoes being comfortable.
