Love this shoe for my 18 month old. The straps actually stays velcroed unlike some other stride rites we have had.

My son has very wide feet. So I ordered size XW (double wide) and they are still a bit hard to fit over his heel. It works, though, so we're sticking with them. They seem comfortable once they are on and are very cute.

There are few options when it comes to extra wide shoes for toddlers, so I went with these hoping that they would be wide enough. My son has extremely wide feet and these just barely fit him when he has on thin socks; if he had on thick socks, forget it.The shoe seems to be of good quality so far. It is not the best looking shoe, but as I said, I can't be too picky with looks due to the small selection available.
