My son is between crawling and walking. He needed some support and protection yet some flexibility to pull himself up and to still crawl. These are very well made and a good fit.

I was relieved to find these shoes for my son. My only complaint is that they are a bit narrow over his arch, but it doesn't bother them because they are made of soft leather.

My daughter has very long and narrow feet for her age (12 months). It is hard to find shoes that fit because most of them are too wide. These shoes are great! They held up really well and are easy for her to learn to walk in. She did, however need a size 3 when she is wearing a 3.5-4 in other brands. Other than that, I would say the shoes are great!

We have both the brown and blue for our son and the white for twin sister - we're back to buy the larger sizes. We LOVE these! They have just the right amount of support yet are very flexible. The toe is covered for extra protection, yet they are cool and comfy for spring/summer wear. They are easy on, easy off with the velcro. Not to mention, they are super cute on! We get asked all the time where we got these and people are shocked to hear they are Stride Rite! We have TONS and TONS of some of the best shoes available for our twins, but these definitely get worn the most! They are great for everyday wear. They do seem to run 1/2 to whole size large compared to their other Stride Rites.

These little sandals are well made and very cute. However, they run long and sort of narrow (we ordered the 5 wide and they fit more like a 6 regular).
