I bought these shoes for my grandson who has very wide feet. It is very hard to find wide shoes for 18 month olds. The shoes fit well, look good, and the color goes well with everything. I just purchased another pair of wide Stride Rite shoes for him for Easter and a matching pair for his older brother who wears regular width.

I bought these shoes because my boys need W or XW shoes. Stride Rite is really the best with wide array of choices. Shoes are easy to put on, look great and the quality is superb! I will definitely keep buying this brand.

Overall very good pair of shoes.My son is always resisiting the new shoes. These were not an exclusion. It takes him few days to get used to new shoes, but once he did - they are always on.I always order XW for him as I feel that narrower shoes are not as comfortable. These seem to be a little narrower as I see that velcro does not fit all the way in.
