Product Information for Standing Comfort

Product Description
Standing Comfort is specifically designed for professionals who are on the job and on their feet all day. Love the look of athletic shoes but hate the hassle of laces? Flex uses four innovative elastic bands that look like laces to keep the foot in place. The unique bands keep the foot supported and secure, yet incredibly comfortable. Features a cushioned tongue and collar. This style features an all leather upper with a slip resistant, non marking, innovative tread pattern Grip-Lock™ outsole. The outsole is ideal in the food service or medical setting where fluids often create dangerous situations. Features removable insoles that are replaceable, extending the life and comfort of your footwear. The Poly, Poron and Cork insole is soft and shock absorbing, yet remains stable. Drilex™ insole covers and linings wick away moisture to keep the foot cool and dry. The extra firm heel counter provides rear foot walking stability and minimizes heel slippage. The steel shank adds support and stability with excellent arch support. The mild rocker bottom allows the foot to move forward during walking. Added depth in the toe box and forefoot allow extra toe room and provide adequate space for use of orthotics.

Comfortable but stupid tongue
By R, from Va | October 23, 2013
If you can get the shoe on, it is very comfortable and this comes from someone where no shoes are comfortable. Every time I tried to put the shoe on, the tongue would slip down an I couldn't get it back out. This will not be very practical when I am trying to rush to get ready in the morning so I am returning them.

Wears this shoe: did not since I could not put it on properly
what were they thinking
By jean, from Park Forest, IL | November 03, 2011
I received the shoe today and promptly asked for a return refund. For 20 minutes I tried to put this shoe on without having the tongue slip back. Could not retrieve it nor hold it so it wouldn't slip back. I do not know why, in this type shoe they needed a tongue like that. It would have made life much simpler if they had just attached it permanently to the inside top of the shoe.

Great shoe for standing on your feet all day on concrete floors!
By Jess, from Richmond, VA | January 06, 2011
I've enjoyed wearing this shoe at work. My feet don't hurt like they did in regular tennis shoes. I recommend this shoe for anyone that stands on their feet all day on concrete floors.

needs softer insoles
By Sandra, from Florida | March 23, 2010
These shoes are comfortable in every way except for two things. when putting the shoe on, the tongue slips down inside and is very hard to pull up. it should have some kind of loop to pull it back out. I stand for 8 hours a day and the insoles could be a bit softer. The width and depth are perfect and comfortable. It sure feels good having room to stretch my toes inside my shoes.
