I really like the look and fit of this shoe. But the overall construction makes me worry that it won't last but a few months. The sole is clearly glued on with weak glue and the top leather is already beginning to show signs of wear after one week.

Very nice shine and polish. Survived two rough days in a downtown in China with construction, rain and sleet.The toe is a bit boxier than the picture suggests (not as tapered/sleek as I would have liked), but still very stylish.The leather around the ankle is a bit stiff, and smarts a tad when walking. But even in thin dress socks it doesn't leave any lasting damage.
