I purchased these mainly for work. Eventually, I will be wearing them 3 or 4 days per week. I say eventually because right now, they are far too stiff. The first day I wore them, my heels were bleeding by the time I got out to the bus stop. Since, I have worn them 3 other times (trying to break them in slowly). While it has gotten better, I am still sticking 3 bandaids to the back of each ankle when I wear them. And I don't wear them if I know I will have to walk very far at all in them. Other than that, they are a very sharp looking shoe. I was very happy when I pulled them out of the box. I've even gotten compliments on them. That alone will keep me wearing them. Since padding your heel is not a very difficult task, all in all, I'd consider this product for recomendation, with a warning to those not willing to put up with a new blister or cut on your heel. Buy them with sole pads as well.
