I bought this shoe for an alternative to wear with jeans, and also to wear with a suit to the office (law firm). It's classic structure and design make it easy to get away with wearing just about anywhere. Then when people actually notice the croc and snake designs, they are instantly surprised and impressed.The fit was as close to perfect as you can get right out of the box. Had no "narrow-ness" issues at all, as some have suggested. I'd say the shoes were also fully broken-in after the second wearing.If you want something for the office other than the usual boring corporate dress shoes, then this one is definitely the ticket - especially at this price.Highly recommended!

I am disappointed with this purchase because the leather is peeling off the right shoe. I did not have a problems with a previous pair I bought before.

I've owned a previous pair identical to this shoe and I was very pleased when the 2nd pair arrived and quality, fit, workmanship was as good or better than my first pair. I often get comments on how good they look. The snake-skin upper is delicate, so you don't want anything rubbing it, such as a motorcycle gear-shifter (voice of experience). The gold "snake skin" plate on the original sole is also flashy when you're exposing the bottoms. I have a very narrow foot and it's hard for me to find good fitting shoes but these fit well. I especially like the squared-off toe. They initially fit tight, but within a couple of weeks they are stretched and feel great.
Wears this shoe: daily dress shoe. Office environment. 50% carpet wear.
