This shoe is of definite 5 star quality. The shoe fits very comfortable, looks distinguished and yet classy. I chose the tan color lizard skin which, in a lesser quality shoe would appear unnatural and faux. I am truly pleased with my selection and highly recommend this shoe to family and friends. Looking forward to my next purchase.

I have bought - and worn out - many pairs of this shoe model. That's the rub: they don't wear that well, as the leather cracks. By the time the sole needed replacing, the cracked leather was so bad, it didn't pay to resole them.Otherwise, I always get compliments on this style. They fit me perfectly and help me greatly because I have drop-foot on my left foot. The support is perfect!Lastly, I wish it was available in cordovan or burgundy color. I have black, grey, brown and faux alligator!
Wears this shoe: Almost every day, when not wearing hiking sneakers.

I really like this boot. The one thing I don't like is the zipper. Because I work for the airline, going through security having to unzip and zip can be a hassle. Would love to have the style in a slip on. The size is very accurate and breaking it in has not been too much of a problem. It's actually pretty comfortable for the amount of time I spend on my feet.
