I dislike this item due to the fact of when you inserted it in your shoe is was just like a piece of flat. It did absolutley nothing for me when i was workign out! It did not feel good in my shoe seeing that you ahve to put it under your other shoe insert. It felt ver bulky. I just did not get any benefit from them at all and i ahve worn a lot of shoe inserts.
