I bought this shoe for comfortable, casual summer wear. With weak arches I have to be careful about fit and support. These shoes are comfortable and well padded, so they do add an element of support. Though they don't replace my need for orthotics, I can wear them comfortably for much of the day.

This is an attractive and comfortable shoe but the velcro fasteners tend to loosen as you walk.
