Product Description (Women's Spring Step Katima)

Two wide bands of leather cross the toes, and instep, and a third leather strap wraps around the ankle. The straps are also accented with top stitching and small silver studs. The sandal closes with hook & loop tape over the foot, and a buckle closure around the ankle, and is fully lined in leather for comfort. The polyurethane removable insole is also leather lined, and machine washable, air dry, or can be replaced with custom orthotics. The TPR outsole is trimmed with leather around the topline, and will add to the cushiony feel of this sandal. 1 1/2" wedge heeled outsole. Made in Portugal.

Fit from the first tryon - did not rub, was very cushy and easy to adjust to my foot. I do have a normal width and size 8 foot but arthritic knees. These shoes will look good while protecting my feet and knees. Good buy! Shoebuy, as always, had them at my doorstep in no time.
Wears this shoe: Casually - good for walking - is a good travel shoe.

I needed one pair of open toed sandals/shoes to take on a 2 week trip where I would be walking and needed to add some arch support. I wanted one pair of shoes that I could wear to dinner and/or going out in casual dresses. This shoe was the perfect fit for me, easy to add arch support and easy to take on/off in airports. I found it comfortable, no blisters and "pain free" walking.

I recently purchased the Spring Step Katima in a bronze color. I am very pleased with both the fit and color (not too brassy). They go with everything. The heel height is just right. I can't wear something too high but these are stylish and light. I would buy them again in a minute!

The sandal is very comfortable, but the ajustment for the instep makes it look strange. When the straps on the instep are adjusted right, half of the velcro is visible forward on the bottom part and makes it 'cheap' looking.
