This shoe was "instantly" comfortable!No breaking in period was needed.I wear them with a lightweight cotton sock.They have stretched out a little bit, but that has only made them more comfortable. As a school nurse, I am on my feet most of the day.I would definitely recommend these for anyone who "pounds" the pavement all day like I do!

I have large, wide feet that are hard to fit & seldom do I find a comfortable shoe. I bought my first pair of spring steps several years ago, when they arrived I tried them on and couldn't believe the fit let alone the comfort. They felt like bedroom slippers, well I was hooked, I am a nurse and spend many hours on my feet and now I only purchase spring step shoes. I actually own several types and love them all.

I like the shoe, but had to add an insole, since it was rather wide for my foot. A narrow width would be better.

I have been looking for a pair of comfortable white clogs for work. I'm between a 6 1/2 and 7 and chose the 7 this time because of Shoebuy.com's easy and free return policy. This pair felt like a cloud from the moment I slipped my foot in. Very "springy" step as well. Initially felt like a good fit but I would order the half size down next time. They stretch and 'flatten' quickly. I'm curious to see if they are durable for the long haul.
