I'm now on my feet all day at work (aftr 9 yrs of sitting) so this shoe needed to be comfortable and supportive. I feel the easy getting on/off; rolling of the sole helps my feet/ankles stay loose. I have not found the right socks to stop the stitching over pinky toe irritation. I like this shoe!
Wears this shoe: At work 2.5-3.5 10 hrs days a week

I have hallux rigidus, and a problem with swelling on the outside of my ankle just below and around the ankle bone. Most shoes aggravate that swelling causing a lot of discomfort. This shoe fits lower on my foot thereby not aggravating that area. Not only that, but this shoe was comfortable from the moment I put it on, and continues to be after a day of wearing it! It is firm enough for my hallus rigidus condition and keeps my foot stable in the shoe not bending at the toe joint. And it does so without having to put the steel insert into it! I think I finally found my perfect walking shoe! Just wish it came in white, too!
