Heel so rigid and uncomfortable I cant wear them November 27, 2012

I bought these to keep warm in the Alaska winter. The inside of the heel is rigid - like a piece of hard card board edge digging into your ankle bone. I ordered them online and immediately when I put them on, it was poking and rubbing on my heel. Then when I tried walking in them, I knew I was going to have to return them for sure. I am not a picky shoe buyer, I have spent far less on shoes that I've made minor comfort sacrifices for - these, however, are not cheap, and there's no way I could pretend to be comfortable walking in them for more than a few steps.

These boots are super cute and keep your feet warm when the weather is cold. I put some waterproof spray on them as I was not sure if they were waterproof.

I love these boots! When I first started looking for a pair of black boots, I had a vague idea of what I wanted, and I saw these boots I thought they would be perfect. They are extremely cute, as I have gotten tons of compliments (from both men and women), and have even been complimented on the quality. These boots are a little narrow but also quite comfortable. I wore them out when I went to Monster Jams and it was really cold outside, and believe me, these boots kept my feet nice and warm. Besides the boots being a little on the narrow side (and let me tell you I have a wide foot and they are still comfortable), I still love everything about this boot, from the style, to the quality, they are great. I'm so glad I found these boots and am really happy with them.
