This flexible walking shoe provides superb forefoot and heel cushioning. The patented Wave Spring® technology is located in the heel (one spring) and forefoot (two springs) for maximum impact absorption and energy return that will not break down over the life of the shoe. The upper provides a generous fit for use with orthotics. An all purpose walking shoe designed for those who prefer a shoe that provides comfort with maximum cushioning benefits to aid in the reduction of fatigue and overuse related to walking issues. This technique provides maximum cushioning benefits for the ultimate in comfort and cushioning.

Fit: This style tends to run large. For an accurate fit we recommend purchasing a 1/2 size smaller than you typically purchase. For example, if you normally purchase a size 7 1/2, we recommend purchasing a size 7.

This is my 2nd pair of Spira Shoes. I was very glad to find out about this brand of shoes. As I had broke my foot and couldn't find any shoes that would not hurt my feet at the time. These are so comfortable and feel great. I am surprised not many people around me didn't know about these. But they do now as I have told everyone about my great shoes. No matter how hard you try to explain how they feel. People just don't understand. They just need to try on a pair and see for them selves.

These shoes cost more than I would normally pay but they are worth the price. Comfortable right out of the box, no "break in" required. I have wide feet and it sometimes difficult to find shoes that are comfortable. I wear these to work and my feet feel great all day.

Very comfortable shoe. The fit is just right. Order 1/2 size smaller than you now wear. My feet and legs feel a lot better after wearing these shoes. Will buy the ones in white.

After receiving the first pair I ordered, I bought two more. I did order 1/2 size smaller as suggested by the web site and it was right on the money. Usually wear a size 10 but now wearing, and loving, size 9 1/2. The extra width in the box is wonderful.
Wears this shoe: Two pairs used for everyday wear. One pair used for dress up going to town.
