A well cushioned stability training shoe that provides superb forefoot and heel cushioning built in harmony with a stable sole and upper platform. The patented WaveSpring is located in both the heel and forefoot for maximum impact absorption that will not break down over the life of the shoe. The forefoot has anatomically aligned flex grooves that aid in flexibility and toe off efficiency. The mid-foot is supported by a molded external shank support structure to aid in torsional stability and pronation control. The EVA midsole incorporates a high density medial support wedge that aids in preventing rear-foot over-pronation.

I like the shoe. It's why I picked it. I'm not a big fan of the mesh cover. I'd prefer the core of this shoe with a basic white shell.
Wears this shoe: outdoors all the time except with yard work.

This is my third pair of Spiras. They're great. I have bad knees, but the spring system in the Spiras really mitigate the knee impact. I'll be using ShoeBuy again.
