As soon as I put my foot into this shoe and started walking I knew these would be so nice in the warmer weather. I could feel the air flow through which was a cold day so will wait for warmer weather. They are very springy and I feel I could walk much further than usual after having an ankle replacement 1 1/2 years ago.

These are the best shoes I ever had for walking or running. I love them so much I got a second pair. My legs are never sore after a long run or walk.

This is a very comfortable shoe. I don't know if the 'springs' actually are a benefit, but after walking my usual 2 miles per day, my knees do not hurt, nor are my legs tired.

I love my spira shoes! For anyone that has ever had leg or feet problems this is the shoe for you. Since I've been wearing my spira's I have had zero leg or feet problems. They are a godsent!
