| | About Spikes: |
|---|
| | | Spikes are specifically made shoes that have small metal (or other material) spikes on the sole of the shoe. The Spikes have a small diameter (cleats are larger knobs on the soles and a cleat could be a group of spikes). Spikes are common on golf shoes because the spikes help with traction in grass. Runners also may use spikes for the grip with the ground when running. |

I have narrow feet and this shoe is almost too narrow for me, definitely a running shoe! The sole is also more for a running shoe, but that is my fault, I bought if for the color, which I like.
