I now have two pairs of these flip-flops and love them. Most sandals, whether leather or synthetic rubber, end up smelling after a month or two. I've had my first pair over a year and just now am thinking about tossing them. They hold tight on wet surfaces and are the most comfortable sandal I've owned (and I've owned quite a few growing up in San Diego).
