I bought this show for my DAUGHTER who wears it to school as part of her uniform. Because it is technically a boys' shoe, it is much wider than the norm. She usually wears a narrow and the narrow in this shoe is too wide, but we made do. The quality however is excellent and perfect for everyday wear.

Searched and bought this particular loafer for the narrow width, however, it doesn't seem to be any less narrower than a regular width. This shoe fits just like the ones in the stores.

The first time I ordered these shoes, I felt that they fit my son very well. He has a narrow foot, and shoes are hard to find for his feet. My husband said he would probably be out of them within 3 months, so I reordered them in a half size larger. The shoes came, and we are very happy with the results. The process to return the other shoes was very easy.
