The one thing that I dislike is the fact that, at the front of the shoe, the leather upper is weakly glued to the rest of the shoe at the seam. After wearing them for a couple of days they became unglued. The stitching keeps them from completely falling apart but I can see my socks almost all the way around where the seam has come apart. I am not sure whether or not that is how they are designed but if so then I question why they are weakly glued together in the first place. They are still perfectly functional but not quite what I expected with regards to quality.

We've gone back to the bluefish for the second year in a row. My son has extra-wide feet and casual shoes are almost an impossibility to find. The wide width in the Bluefish works very well for him. The leather is soft enough to "give" at the ball of his foot where he needs the extra space. He thinks these shoes are very comfortable and loves to wear them year round. My only wish is that the laces would stay tied.
