My husband has worn this particular shoe for years, and as his last pair wore out we could not find them locally. He bought a pair of similar leather Sperry shoes but they were not the same. I have been wearing Top-Sider's since the 1970's. My first Top-Sider's were the leather versions. However, I tried the canvas styles around 1980 and fell in love with them too. My favorite is the Bahama. It is extremely durable, very comfortable, and looks pretty neat too. I have found no negatives whatsoever in the shoe. It does exactly what is supposed to do -- it comfortably lasts and lasts and lasts!
